What's New in ACE

The 2024 ACE Customer Satisfaction Survey is now OPEN!
CBP encourages all importers, brokers, carriers, and other trade community users of ACE to take this brief, voluntary, and anonymous survey. Your response will help CBP understand users’ satisfaction with ACE, and a high response rate will ensure more accurate representation across the trade community. The survey will remain open through 11:59 p.m. ET on September 11, 2024.
